Water Balloon Launcher ( Needs Alias name)

I want to make a Water balloon launcher, a legit one. We do it off the top of someones house and we calculate distance and get an x mark and get 3 camera angles. one from roof where we shoot and 2 in the bushes hidden around the site of impact.

I think it would be hilarious!

boats are a bad idea. People are more likely to call the cops if we hit them in their boat. IDK why but they are. We sould shoot it NEAR people so they get splashed... unless we personaly know them, then we can aim for a head shot Razz
