fake shark fin prank

Sam, Dan, and I have been discussing the idea of a fake shark fin that we float out into the ocean.
One will be behind Jimmy Guana's, one in Sam's grandma's canal, and one at the beach in the summer time.
We were thinking of making it out of styrofoam, and I think 5 ft. would b sick
